RiverCity Rockers Celebrate Woodstock 1969!
Forty-nine years ago on August 15th-18th, 1969, over 600,00 people showed up at Max Yasgur dairy farm in rural New York for the improbable Woodstock Music and Art Fair. This concert would shape the world's view of youth culture, music, and society for generations to come. Woodstock's "three days of peace and music" showcased 32 of the top performers of the time from folk, pop, soul, and rock, all sharing one incredible stage. From Joan Baez, Sly & The Family Stone, Jimi Hendrix, Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young, Jefferson Airplane, The Who, Santana, The Band, Sweetwater, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Janis Joplin, and more! Our 2018 Fall Rockers Tuesday Session will be playing the music of Woodstock! If you love all types of music this is the show for you. Open to all skill levels ages 12-18.
